Cooking for my family started off as a skill that every woman back in the day was expected to posess. Over the years this necessity evolved into a passion.
Cooking is a creative skill, like any other, involving planning & preparation based on available resources.
With over 30 years of culinary experience, I have learnt to prepare a variety of Indian foods that cater to a spectrum of tastes along with acquiring valuable time saving tips to make simple, healthy and sumptuous meals.
I believe that good health starts with nutritious meals that taste
even better when made at home! Home-made meals have
numerous benefits ....variety, ability to size your portions,
not to mention, saving some money !
I look forward to sharing my experiences with you!

A typical class spans about 90 minutes, covering upto about 3 dishes from the
items listed in the menu. Please check with me for any item not listed on the
menu, that you may be interested in learning.
Ingredients and tools needed in the preparation of the dish will be provided by me.
Just bring your enthusiastic attitude!
Samples of prepared Dishes will be provided to be taken home, to enjoy with family.
